Christo Greyling made a name for himself as an amateur in South Africa and as a teenager he moved to Florida and enjoyed a strong junior career. He was high school teammates with Ty Tryon and competed in his first PGA Tour event when he was just 17. After experiencing a setback in his game, Christo worked hard to regain his form and has since played in and made the cut at the 2011 U.S. Open and on the Nationwide Tour. Christo’s teacher is Callaway Staff Icon David Leadbetter. At the U.S. Open, he played practice rounds with Ernie Els and two other major championship winners. He has two siblings and lives in Orlando.
