George Murray finished his 2011 European Tour season on a hot streak, and posted two top-3 finishes over his final five events. He posted a T3 at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in October and finished in second place at the Alfred Dunhill Championship in November. Murray uses an Odyssey Putter and he’s been competing as a professional since 2006.

 

Following a stellar amateur career that included two Eisenhower Trophy appearances, Murray earned his first professional victory in 2010 at the Scottish Hydro Challenge. With the win, he finished in the top-10 on the European Tour Challenge Tour money list, which earned him a place on the European Tour for 2011. Murray lives in Anstruther, Scotland and he loves to play sports in his free time.
