The Odyssey Black Series #2 Putter is precision milled with traditional styling for elite performance. But rather than designing a simple, steel milled putter, we used multi-material construction, resulting in a rare combination of beauty, technology and performance. The head of this blade putter has a rich, nickel-plated finish, and is milled from 1025 carbon steel. The 1025 carbon steel body and the weighted tungsten flange create a low, deep Center of Gravity to promote true roll. This blade putter also utilizes the Fine-Tuned Loft System, which optimizes the loft angle of each model based on its Center of Gravity (CG) to produce pure roll characteristics.
Some of the Black Series #2 features include:
- Squared-off, heel-toe weighted blade putter with a “crank-neck” hosel and full-shaft offset.
- Multi-material construction with a 1025 carbon steel body and a tungsten flange that creates a low, deep CG to promote true roll.
- Precision milled putter head produces optimal balanced weighting for a smooth stroke and amazing accuracy.
- Hogged-out hosel allows weight to be redistributed to the tungsten flange for lower, deeper CG and better roll.
- Urethane dampening layer between the tungsten and carbon steel dampens vibration at impact for enhanced feel in this milled putter.
