Golf Digest Hot List Gold Medal Putter

2013 Golf Digest Hot List: Gold Medal
“They really nailed it with this insert—it’s beyond solid at impact.” - Golf Digest

Arm Lock Technology

Inspired by Tour, the dialed in spec presses the putter 4 degrees forward so that it can be used as an extension of your leading arm. This newer style promotes incredible stability and consistency through the stroke.

Consistent, True Roll

The Metal-X insert puts a consistent, true roll on the ball with amazing feedback and feel. It maximizes the mechanical lock with the golf ball dimples to increase friction, which creates a much more controlled and consistent roll to help you sink more putts.

Premium, Durable Finish

This high tech finishing process produces a durable Midnight Black Finish that reduces glare, and we added it after gathering extensive feedback from Tour players.

Tour Proven Head Shapes

The #7 is one of our most compelling head shapes and it’s our most popular model on Tour.

Our Promise for Odyssey Metal-X Putters

An Odyssey Putter is a promise made. Sure, we design each of our putters to help you slay more demons and sink more putts. But we also design them to withstand any kind of punishment you can dish out and we back them up with an Odyssey assurance of quality. We rarely see a putter returned, but if you find a defect within a two-year period, we'll repair it or replace it. No questions asked. And that's a promise kept.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellant quality I've been putting this way for 12 years but with a regular belly putter. This resulted in a much too low loft and also there was not enough offset. Kudos to Odyssey for designing this putter with 7 degrees offset and more offset so that when you set up with it on your left arm, the loft is right on at 3-4 degrees. When I ordered it a few months before it became available, Iread somewhere the grip would be installed so that the flat side would be turned so that it ran alonside you left forearm. It didn't come that way and I like it better with the flat side on top so that thumbs rest there. A great idea if you like to putt like Kucher( and me ). February 8, 2013
